My federal return was accepted 3/3/2022 but my IRS account doesn't show a balance due or a status of my return. Can I still pay my taxes due even though the IRS website isn't showing a record of my return?

Yes you can.  The payment will be included in your tax account.

Are you referring to the IRS payment website - https://www.irs.gov/payments

If so, yes you keep your logon information on the IRS website regardless of your filing status.
