If i had aca and became ineligible at end of year do I have to umburse for whole year or only months after i became ineligible

I took money out if my ira in august and that made me above income allowed for receiving health premiums  do i have to repay the whole year?

Premium Tax Credits are determined on Form 8962 an annual basis on annual income (AGI), not monthly income.  If your AGI puts you above 400% of the federal poverty limit, you are not eligible for any PTCs for the year and you must repay all PTCs.
