If I had Marketplace insurance for part of the year and employee paid insurance for part, how can I enter that? I answered "yes" saying I had insurance all 12 months.

After you select that you had health care coverage for the whole year, the following screen asks if you received a Form 1095-A.  Answer Yes.  Enter the 1095-A that you received.  For the months where you did Not have Marketplace Insurance, leave all the columns blank (empty).

You do not enter on a tax return a Form 1095-C or Form 1095-B, keep the form for with your personal records for proof of insurance.
