If i had the information your change email form requires i wouldnt need to change it. i dont know my id or my email. account recovery is useless.what now?

i do not know my user id or my email which are required fields on your change email form. if i knew them i wouldnt need to change it. ive tried account recovery at least 10 times. you cannot leave the fields blank as they are required and using i dont know got taken literally like that was really my id.my phone number is different from the one on that account so that wont work either. you cant even get to customer service without signing in which i cannot do.  i cannot get a transcript from the irs because in order to open an account you have to give them credit card or loan information and i dont have either of those.so what am i supposed to do now?
