If I have a combined household income of $160,000 and I live in Kentucky and take advantage of the cares act how much taxes do I need them to withhold

Not sure what you mean by "combined household income"--- do you mean the income you and your spouse will enter on a joint return?  You do not include any income from other family members on your income tax return.  And what do you mean specifically by "take advantage of the CARES act?'  What are you trying to do?

And to tell who "them" to withhold?  Are you wanting to take a distribution or RMD from a 401K or IRA?
