If I have a1095C for Jan-May and was covered by Medicaid from Aug-Dec, how do I report my healthcare coverage?

You will not need to include form 1095-C on your tax return. This form is for informational purposes only. You need to answer the healthcare questions and indicate that you had a two month gap in coverage. You will not be charged a penalty since it was only for a two month period,
