If I have "Federal Tax Due" then how should I pay for TurboTax Deluxe? I can't "pay with my refund" since I owe, but there's a $34.99 fee to pay with a credit card...

I believe the $34.99 fee is for paying via a deduction from a tax refund NOT for paying via credit card
