Yes, if you are filing a tax return, you have to include all of your income on the return unless it is specifically non-taxable. 

 

If you are asking whether you need to file at all, you probably don't have to file a tax return if your entire income is less than $6000 for the year. There are some exceptions, such as self-employment and receiving advanced credits.
