If I have On line 14, I have 3 different amounts listed, for three different things, and nothing says P2 PERS 2, what do I put?

If you are asking about entries on your W2 for box 14, the "P2 Pers 2" most like refers to a retirement plan contribution.

Entries in box 14 are informational from the employer and do not affect your tax calculation or filing. If the box 14 entry matches one of the categories in the dropdown menu in TurboTax then use it and the information will transfer as applicable to other forms.

If there is not a match in the dropdown then "Other" works great.

You can ask your employer HR department for an explanation to find out what the codes mean in your case.
