I have insurance through Walmart which is through Blue Corss so do I need to file ?

I'm assuming this means your employer is Walmart and you have insurance through your employer. In that case, you just need to enter all the information from your W-2 as you are prompted in TurboTax. Who provides your insurance does not determine how or if you need to file your annual income taxes.
