If I’m 21 & on my own 8 months without parents support & they kicked me out cause didn’t approve of girlfriend & I made 4500 & full time student. Can mom claim me?

You can claim someone older than 18 as a dependent if you meet the requirement of the law.

She can claim you if you are (all 3):

1.) A full-time college student

2.) If she provided more than half of your support

3.) If you lived with her for more than half of 2018
