If i make a second account and didnt finish filing my 2019 tax returns, can i complete my old account?

Yes, if you have not filed your tax return or mailed it in you can complete the tax return in your older TurboTax account. If you have multiple TurboTax accounts, we suggest you pick one and stick with it when you do future tax returns. That way we can automatically transfer your tax info over year after year. It also makes accessing your prior-year returns much easier.
