If I opted for a pay plan to pay my 2019 taxes, how do I make the payments? I have not received anything from the IRS regarding my pay plan?

When I filed using Turbo tax, I completed all the info to have a pay plan, which was to pay it off by the July deadline

The IRS is not fully operational at this time, so it may be awhile before you hear from them.

I suggest that you go to the IRS website Paying Your Taxes.

You can view your account and make payments online at that site.
