Or do you mean to use the Turbo Tax Online version? NO. Online is separate and only does one return per account. You have to pay for federal and state separately in each account. Unless you can use the Online Free Edition.

And in the Online versions efiling is free. The Online fees are to prepare the return whether you efile or print and mail. If you have the Desktop CD/Download program it can do unlimited returns and efile 5 for free. You can print and mail the rest. And you get 1 free state download program to prepare unlimited state return in that state. But each state return is $20 to efile ($25 after March 1). Or you can print and mail state for free.
