If I pay for my efile with a debit card do I still have to wait on the form from irs before they accept my returns

There is not an e-file charge for filing either a federal or state tax return using the TurboTax online editions.  The TurboTax account fee is for the use of the software to assist in completing a tax return.  The fee is the same whether the tax return is e-filed or printed for mailing.

You cannot e-file a tax return until all the forms and schedules included in the return are available for e-filing.

Form 7202, Credits for Sick Leave and Family Leave for Certain Self-Employed Individuals (Taxpayer) for tax year 2021 is estimated to be finalized and available for filing in TurboTax on 02/03/2022.
