If I pay for TurboTax's Live Assisted Premium service and then file for an extension, can I still get expert help when I'm submitting prior to the extension deadline?

I'm hoping to submit by the April 15th deadline, but I'm still missing a Schedule K-1 form so I may need to file for an extension. I want to make sure I can get help now (if I can file on time or if I need to estimate taxes before submitting for an extension) and in a few months (when filing at extended deadline).

Yes, you can still get expert help with TurboTax's Live Assisted Premium service before and after you file for an extension.

Here's how it works:

Before April 15th: You can get help estimating your taxes and filing for an extension if needed.
After Filing for an Extension: TurboTax experts will be available to help you complete your return before the extended deadline in October.

TurboTax Live - Tax Advice and Expert Review: Access to an expert for tax questions and Expert Review (the ability to have a tax expert review) is included with TurboTax Live Assisted or as an upgrade from another TurboTax product, and available through December 31, 2025
