If I provide full living expenses for my dependent brother can I deduct that amount?

My brother gets all living expenses paid by me, his sister.  can I deduct all money I provide for him?

Unfortunately, you cannot deduct the money you provide to him for his living expenses.  

However, you may be able to claim him as an "other" dependent.

He does not have to live with her all year. He can still be a qualifying Relative.
@seaqwin  Did he have any income of any type in 2018?
