If I purchase turbotax premier pc can I file my moms and my own taxes for state returns?

If you are using the TurboTax online editions you can only file one tax return per account and User ID. If you need to file another tax return using the online editions you will have to create a new account with a new User ID.

If using the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions you can create, complete and file as many tax returns as needed from the purchased software.

yes, with the 'download / CD' edition you are able to create an unlimited of returns, and can federally e-file up to 5 of them (the rest need to be mailed - IRS requirement); state e-filing is around $20 each; paper filing is free.

the downloaded version is much more economical than the online version if you are doing multiple returns.
