If I put my refund and someone else's account why would it be rejected can they just contact the person that the accounts under

Using someone else's bank account was a bad plan. Sorry. The bank sends the refund back---either to the third party bank that handled "refund processing" to pay your TT fees, or to the IRS. Then the IRS has to issue a check and mail it to you. Your refund will be delayed for several weeks or more. Make sure the address you entered on your tax return is correct, or the problem will be worse.
