If I received a stipend as a part of a teaching program but it is not included my 1098T form, where would I include that income for turbotax ?

My 1098-T form does not include the stipend amount on it and I did not receive a form for it so I was curious on where I would include that information when completing TurboTax.

To enter your stipend that is not included on any forms

  • Income
  • Miscellaneous Income
  • Other Income not already reported on Form w-2 or Form 1099
  • Select yes to Other Wages Received
  • Hit continue 3 times without entering anything
  • Say Yes to did you earn any other wages
  • Select Other then Continue
  • Enter the amount you received as a stipend and the description
