If I scheduled for my federal taxes to be paid on a certain day and for it to be taken out of my taxes, can I make the payment now instead of later?

I think you mean that you set up a direct debit from your bank account on a certain date to pay your income tax due. Now, you want to pay that early, so you want to know if that is possible.

You can do this, but I would recommend that you call your bank and tell them to put a stop payment on the scheduled debit just in case the taxing authorities do not process your payment before they process the debit.
