If I select "Pay Now" so I can preview my forms, does that mean I have to file now, or can I file later?

You can make payment prior to filing.  In fact, it's a good idea.  Discounts that you see now will expire sometime in early March.

You will not have completed your e-filing until you click on the "Transmit Returns Now" icon.  See the TurboTax FAQ below for more explanation.
