Yes, you can do that. You can make your federal tax payments online here: https://www.irs.gov/payments Be sure to designate your payment as an estimated tax payment for tax year 2019.

If you live in a state with an income tax, and you want to make an estimated state tax payment as well, go to your state's tax division website. Most states have a mechanism for making estimated state tax payments online.
