Question

If I share a marketplace plan with someone else but its just myself listed on the 1095 do I still have to file them?

    If you have a market-place policy with someone else, they should be listed on the 1095-A. You will then put the form on each other's tax return and allocate a percentage of the policy on each individual's tax return. If they aren't listed, they were probably issued a separate form.
