If I was doing self-employed uber driving for a few months in 2020 but stopped doing it during pandemic, do i select stopped in 2020 or would that be a stop in 2021?

If you intend to start back with Uber in 2021, do not check that you "Stopped working for Uber in 2020". This will keep the Schedule C history in your tax file for next year.
If you do not intend to start back with Uber, then check that you "stopped in 2020".
