Question

If I worked in US untill April 2020 (nonresident alien) and then moved to another country, how should I handle my addresses? 401K info refers back to my former address

There is a mismatch between addresses . I informed "foreign" while my 401k and bank statements refer to my former address in US.

That is alright that the forms you received have your previous address. Provided both forms are linked to you via your SS#, and you specify accurately/correctly in the TurboTax system your address information, you are following protocol.
