Question

If more than one person lives at an address (example roommates) can multiple people file using that address but only one gets to file head of household correct?

No. More than one person can file as Head of Household (HOH) with the same address however, there are requirements to be able to file as HOH. One main requirement is that you have a qualifying person. See Do I qualify for Head of Household?
