If my 2019tax return was rejected how do I fix it ? I only have an iPad not a computer

You cannot make changes to a 2019 return using an iPad.   You can only make changes using downloaded desktop 2019 software.  Do you know why the return was rejected?  Most rejections are for AGI.   And the AGI no longer matters for filing the 2019 return since it cannot be e-filed.  The only way to file a 2019 return is print it, sign it  and mail it.   

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.

Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses.  Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.
