If my AGI from 2017 is $14,814.00 do I enterit as $14 or $15 on my 2018 taxes.The federal rejected the AGI number on the 2018 taxes.

Sorry, I mean my AGI was $14,814 on my 2017
taxes so how should I enter it on my 2018 taxes.

As 14814.   Did it reject?  

When did you file 2017? If it was late in the year try putting in zero for the AGI. And see this, https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/5595742 If you can’t get it to efile you will have to print and mail it.
