If your Form 1099-R is not populating, then you will need to type the information from your 1099-R. Please view this TurboTax FAQ for more information about importing forms.

If I understand your question correctly, you were trying to "import" your1099-R data, and when you selected that method, Turbo Tax presented a drop-down box with a list of banks and financial institutions from which to choose your bank. And then you did not find your bank or financial institution in the drop-down list. If that is indeed your situation, then the answer to your question is:  Turbo Tax does has not included your bank or financial institution in the list. Many regional and smaller institutions are not included in Turbo Tax's "import" feature.  You asked, "What do I do?"  The answer is you have to go back to the old tried and true method, i. e. you will have to enter your 1099-R data by hand. Hopefully, you have your 1099-R available. If you do not have it available, you will have to request it from the institution that issued the 1099.

I hope this is helpful to you. Good luck.
