If my daughter claims both my wife and i (we are retired) on her taxes, can we still file married together?

Your daughter can't claim you as dependents if you file a joint tax return.  She also can't claim you as dependents unless your individual taxable income is less than $4200, AND she pays more than half your total living expenses.  Remember that social security may not be taxable but it counts as living expenses (support) you provide to yourself.
