If my ex husband claimed our daughter in 2019, 2020 is my year. She lives full time with me and I provide more than 50% of her care, does he get stimulus for her again??

Is there a form I can fill out for her share? My ex makes too much money to receive stinuous period.

If you claim your daughter as a dependent on your tax return, you will receive the rebate credit for her. It will be added on line 30 of form 1040. You will see the credit when you complete your federal return and go to the "federal review" section, or you can go to it manually at any time. Enter any amounts you received, and if you are eligible for more, such as due to the addition of a dependent, it will be added to your other refund.
