If my ex-spouse sent me his 1095-A for insurance he paid (our daughter, my dependent), do I add the 1905-A in my joint return with my spouse and set my allocations to 0?

Yes, that would be the proper way to report your child's coverage on Form 1095-A, if you are claiming your child as your dependent on your return.
