You didn't say "what" page is the "file page."   There are several screens in that section.  Is it the last screen that has an "I am not a robot" Captcha and a big orange "Transmit My Returns Now"?

 

Wow, did you really leave your browser open on the page for 3 days?   Or do you mean you have tried several times over 3 days?

 

In your browser are you using any add-ons, such as script-blockers, that might interfere with features of the TurboTax site?  If so, you may need to tweak the permissions to see if that is a culprit.

 

The quickest solution may be to simply to log out of that browser and use a different browser.  Do you have another browser to try?

 

Or you can try using the same browser this way:

  • Log out of all Intuit accounts.
  • Clear the browser Internet cache and delete any Intuit-related cookies.
  • Close the browser and reopen it.
  • Use a private window (aka "incognito mode" or "private browsing.")
  • Be sure cookies are allowed in your browser.  After you file, you can set your cookies preferences back like you want.
  • Go to the TurboTax Online site and try again.
