If my HSA is pre-tax through my employer and it's on my W2 from my employer, do I still need to fill out a 1099-SA?

I didn't make any personal contributions. It was all done pre-tax.

Yes. If you received Form 1099-SA, then you need to include it on your tax return. This means that you have used funds in your Health Savings Account (HSA) or a Medical Savings Account (MSA) to pay for healthcare expenses during the year. Please view the TurboTax FAQ below for more information.
