If my parents report form 1095A on their tax returns, do I also need to?

No, if you parents are claiming you as a dependent and you check the box that says you are claimed as a dependent, then you do not need to report the 1095-A on your return.

 

However, if you are no longer claimed as a dependent, then you will need to report the form on your return as well.  Both you and your parents will need to mark that you share the policy with another taxpayer.  Then you will need to allocate the percentage which can be anywhere between 0% and 100% with as long as the amount on both returns add up to 100%.
