If my return was rejected will the irs still have my banking info for stimulus checks?

No, they will not have any information that is on the rejected return - a rejected return has never made it to the IRS.  If you filed a return in 2018 with your bank information included, they will have the information on file from that return. 

 

They will not have your 2019 data on file until your return status is Accepted.
