If so What is form 7072? It is not stated on W2 to complete tax prep, that type of income was never received in 2020, whats next step to complete tax return??

Do you mean Form 7202? It is for a self-employed individual to determine the sick and family leave equivalent tax credit.

A self-employed individual will determine the sick and family leave equivalent tax credit to which he or she is entitled by completing Form 7202, Credits for Sick Leave and Family Leave for Certain Self-Employed Individuals. This form will be available during the fourth quarter of 2020 at irs.gov.

This form will be available on February 11, 2021, but only for printing and mailing. Form 7202 cannot be e-filed.
