IF THE CODES IN BOX 14 ARE 125 AND $ AMOUNT AND pd AND DOLLAR AMOUNT WHAT CATAGORY ARE THEY IN

Box 14 is informational only and used by your payroll department for various things. The numbers almost always have no affect on your tax return. There are a couple situations where it reports a state tax paid, but usually the people that pay these types of taxes are quite aware of the tax and know how to enter Box 14. 

125 usually means a Cafeteria plan of some sort, which is paid "pre-tax" so has no bearing on your tax return.

pd sounds like something that the employer paid, which again would have no meaning on the tax return. 

These are not standardized codes since they are established and used only by your payroll department, not the IRS.
