Will my taxes be held up if the date my lisence was issued is entered wrong?

If you e-filed your income tax returns with the wrong driver's license (DL) issue date, you cannot change it. The IRS checks the DL number, expiration and issue dates. If the date(s) are wrong, the IRS may reject your income tax return and you will be able to change the issue date and e-file your return again.  Your return may be accepted as well despite your incorrect issued date.
