If the government doesn’t have some of the forms I need to file, Will I be notified when they are available to complete my filing?

According to this TurboTax FAQ, you "should" have been asked during your return preparation if you wanted to be notified by email when the forms are available.

I'd recommend checking back periodically around the proposed date of availability to complete your e-filing.
