If totally and permanently disabled and work part-time do I have to include SSI benefits when I file my taxes

Yes--if you receive a SSA1099 you do have to include it with your tax return.  It is uncertain whether you have enough income to be required to file, though.  But if tax is being withheld from your pay, you need to file to get a refund.

Go to Federal> Wages & Income>>Retirement Plans and Social Security  (SSA1099 and 1099RRB) to enter your SSA1099.
