If w-2 disappears, and looks like it may need correcting (from Amazon), what resources are available?

The paper copy disappeared. It looked like about $50,000 401(k) withholding was taxed. Do I request that be corrected or make use of Roth IRA with each years limit myself?

Most companies either have within themselves a payroll department, or use an outside payroll company, i.e. the company I worked for used Paylocity. From Paylocity I could download a fresh copy of my W2. I would be very surprised if Amazon didn't have a method available to gain electronic access to a copy of your W2, after which you can of course print it.
