If we lived together the whole year. she was a minor. turned 18 on 09/08/2004 how should we file?

Not sure what you are trying to do.  Who is "she?"   And what is this information about her turning 18 in 2004?  That makes no sense.   Do you mean she was born on 9/8/2004?   If "she" is your GF---there is no "we" for the way you will file a tax return.   You cannot file a joint return unless you were legally married at the end of 2022.   It is possible that her parents will claim her as a dependent on their tax return.   

 

Did the person who lived with you have any income of her own in 2022?   Please explain more.

Who is she?  Your girlfriend or child?  Unless you are married you file as Single.  If someone lived with you the whole year and had less than $4,400 total income you can probably claim them as a dependent.  Add them under My Info and answer the questions to see if she qualifies.
