If you file your taxes with turbo tax with a paper return can you file again with another tax company. Because I don't understand what it is they need now

Once you file your return either by e-file or paper you cannot file again. The IRS will reject your second return because your social security number has already been used. You can try contacting the IRS for a detailed explanation of what they are asking you for at 800-829-1040 but prepare for potentially long wait times.
