Im getting a message that I paid excess social security tax and I need to upgrade to deluxe before I can file my taxes. However, the values are correct, I didn't overpay.

If you had two or more employers and you earned wages from all employers of over $137,700, you will have too much Social Security tax withheld.

If you upgrade the excess amount withheld will be applied to your tax due, just like withholding.
