Im married but haven't been with him sisce 2004 he another state In prision

It now saying income from 2 states do I have to file married if he live in another state and is in prison

Each state has its own filing requirements. If you are filing joint and his income is high enough that you are required to file that state, then you would file for the state where he earns money. If he is not earning money, you would not need to file a state return for where he is.
