The only health insurance information you enter on your federal tax return is from Form 1095-A.   If you have a Form 1095-B or Form 1095-C, those do not get entered, just save those with your tax records.   If you have insurance through the Marketplace, you will get a 1095-A which does get entered.   If you need a copy of your 1095-A, go here.   If you do not have a Marketplace policy or a Form 1095-A, you can answer NO to that question which will skip those entries.

If you do have a 1095-A and file without it, your tax return will be delayed, so make sure to enter it if you have it or find it online.   If your question is about something else, please clarify.
