Question

Im not sure what happened but it filed my taxes without any of my information from my returns. I was trying to do the picture set up but it just filed them for me anyway. What do i do?

When you log into your return, if it says you have efiled, you MAY need to file an amended return once the original is settled. You can ask for a tax transcript, Get Transcript, to see what processed or you can call the IRS and talk to a human being 800-829-1040. Usually not typing in anything and ignoring every prompt will get you to a human. Good luck.

The original may get you a letter from the IRS asking for more information, you can then send a real return with your information.If one is accepted and you need to amend:
