Im trying to help my daughter file her 2020 taxes online i already paid the $80 turbo tax deluxe yet im still having problems. what should i do?

i have 3 documents i tryed to upload and it says successsful then it says but we are not adding this form to your tax return

You cannot complete a 2020 tax return using the TurboTax online editions. The TurboTax online editions are only for tax year 2021.

To complete and file a 2020 tax return using TurboTax you would need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer one of the 2020 desktop editions from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

A 2020 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.

The information and steps provided to complete the 2020 return is conflicting.
We purchased the deluxe package to do the past year taxes and we are able to fully complete them until it’s time to file- it then asks the same questions, gives an error message that says e-file for past taxes isn’t available online but then the page following gives instructions on how to do the e-file process. It allows us to do the full refund until the end and then has us doing the same steps over and over.
If the deluxe package we purchased is pointless because we are going to have to mail the taxes in, then I need to speak with someone about my refund.
Otherwise, I am need of an expert specialist that can assist with e-filing my past taxes online. I am not past the filing date, I am eligible to e-file for past taxes, I have purchased what needs to be purchased in order to do past taxes, now we need them filed without hassle.

@karlinag E-filing for 2020 returns has been permanently closed since October of 2021. The only way to file a 2020 return now is by mail. Only some paid tax pros with professional software can e-file a 2020 return. You cannot e-file a 2020 return using TurboTax. Print, sign and mail your 2020 return. Attach copies of any W-2's or 1099's that show tax withheld. It is a good idea to use a mailing service like certified mail so you will know the return was received.
